Thank you Zach for tossing me down the Simon Sinek rabbit hole. I'm currently on my journey of figuring out my why. I find you're realization interesting. Curiosity is fantastic but I think you are just at the tip of the iceberg with your why. Besides, we should all be curious. You are curious by the vary virtue of thinking about your why. Let's get into the layers of that ole onion. I'm very curious of where my mind has wandered to this past week and look forward to discovering my why as well. Cheers

Years ago I had a friend who set limits for herself. She wanted to have competed in an Iron Man race by the age of 30 and she wanted to have started a new career by 35. She did neither and felt embarrassed for publicly declaring her aspirations . I always wondered why she felt the need to set herself up with personal challenges. Life throws enough challenges at you and success is never guaranteed but taking it on is the key to a sense of satisfaction.
